the congress served as a great opportunity to attend the face-to-face meetings of the COST PROGRAMMING CA21122 Action and get informed about the Action’s progress. I am thankful for networking with such inspiring colleagues working with passion for Geriatric medicine and I am really proud to be a part of this Action.

This experience strengthened my sense of belonging within the COST community and motivated me to continue contributing actively to PROGRAMMING COST Action 21122. It reminded me how valuable collaboration and continuous learning are in shaping both personal and professional growth of young researchers.

It was inspiring to see the Action’s progress and to actively contribute to its goals. The whole concept is about developing, sharing, and supporting initiatives in geriatric care—and it’s wonderful to see how it not only advances care for older adults but also encourages and empowers young researchers like me.

This mission provided invaluable insights into geriatric care and a roadmap for developing sustainable, patient-centered services in Armenia, highlighting the importance of on-site learning for building effective healthcare models.

Thank you so much for the Virtual Mobility Grant “Navigating the Final Database of the COST Action PROGRAMMING survey on educational needs: online training and tutoring sessions”. Thanks to this grant, I had the opportunity to meet online many of you PROGRAMMING colleagues who will explore the final database that collects the responses of the survey on educational needs.

This experience has given me a practical roadmap and renewed motivation to help bring geriatric expertise into surgical care in my home institution.
