Attending the 21st EuGMS Congress 2025 in Reykjavik was a fantastic experience. It was even more exciting to share this special experience with my supervisor, Professor Dr. Anastassia Kossioni, and my colleague, Natalia Falidea.

Attending the several sessions of the Congress and meeting with healthcare professionals from other countries served as a great opportunity for exchanging and enhancing my knowledge, as well as for promoting future international and interprofessional scientific collaborations in the field of Geriatric Medicine. Also, I shared some of my work by presenting a poster based on my PhD and I received beneficial feedback for improvement of my research.

Moreover, the congress served as a great opportunity to attend the face-to-face meetings of the COST PROGRAMMING CA21122 Action and get informed about the Action’s progress. I am thankful for networking with such inspiring colleagues working with passion for Geriatric medicine and I am really proud to be a part of this Action. I am truly grateful and I express my warmest thanks to COST for the grant which made this experience possible!
