We are pleased to share an initiative from a fellow COST Action, PAAR-Net (CA22167). On behalf of its Working Group on Community Models of Support and Care in Dementia, PAAR-Net invites everyone to take part in, and help disseminate, an international survey on community-based dementia support and care.
Initiated and supported by the World Health Organization (WHO), the survey is part of a community of practice working to implement the WHO Blueprint for Dementia Research. It aims to learn from experiences across different countries and communities about what works well, what is needed, and how dementia support and care could be improved.
Who can participate?
The survey welcomes a broad range of perspectives, including:
- People living with dementia
- Family members and carers
- Clinical and social care professionals
- People providing dementia support
- Researchers and policymakers
- Anyone interested in dementia care and support
About the survey
The survey takes approximately 10–15 minutes to complete and is available in 16 languages. Participation is voluntary, and responses are confidential.
