Learning from Practice: PROGRAMMING Experiences

PROGRAMMING supported a wide range of exchanges, Short-Term Scientific Missions, collaborations and capacity-building experiences across countries and healthcare settings.

Beyond documenting individual experiences, these stories provide practical examples of how knowledge can be transferred between institutions and countries: observing established models of geriatric care, developing new clinical or educational services, building multidisciplinary teams, initiating research collaborations, acquiring new methodologies and adapting successful approaches to local healthcare contexts.

These experiences may therefore serve as inspiration for professionals, institutions and emerging geriatric teams planning their own education, research, service-development or implementation initiatives.
