Being a part of the PROGRAMMING COST Action community made me realize how important the contribution of each individual healthcare professional is to the global development of geriatrics and the improvement of care for older adults in Europe. As a PROGRAMMING team member, I appreciate how much I can learn from both my PROGRAMMING colleagues and other countries. At the same time, I feel that my presence matters and that I can make a difference!
