It is with great pleasure that we announce to you the nomination of Dr Monserrat Conde at the Transversal Additional Leadership Position of the Implementation and Sustainability Advisor, according to the favorable decision of the Management Committee on 9/11.
Monserrat (MSc, PGDip ger, PhD) is a researcher at the Nuffield Department of Primary Care Health Sciences of the University of Oxford, where she currently focuses on implementation research and knowledge mobilisation. She serves as co-leader and editorial unit lead for the Cochrane Global Ageing Thematic Group. As an expert member of the WHO Life Course Network, Monserrat also provides expert input within the UN Decade of Healthy Ageing. Her professional background encompasses senior leadership roles in the non-profit sector and extensive experience providing healthcare to older adults, including the management of community-based projects in ultraperipheral Europe.
She has already been implicated and valuably contributed to several of our Action’s activities.
Entering our Action’s last Grant Period, the focus on the implementation and sustainability is crucial and the role of a leader on this domain should be an added value for PROGRAMMING CA.
