Dear Colleagues,
I hope this message finds you well.
I am truly honored by your trust in electing me as the New Members’ Guide for our PROGRAMMING COST Action. Your warm welcome and kind words following the announcement have been deeply encouraging, and I am grateful for the support this network consistently demonstrates.
As I step into this role, I would like to share my initial objectives:
- Supporting the Update of Pending Applications: My first and foremost priority will be assisting each MC Member in updating the list of pending applications from new members to join PROGRAMMING. I am committed to making this process smoother for the future. In the coming days, I will contact each MC Members directly with your country’s status, engage in this effort and work towards resolving pending requests over the next few weeks.
- Developing a Welcome Kit for New Members: My second focus will be to prepare a comprehensive welcome kit for new members. This will help them quickly become acquainted with PROGRAMMING and actively participate in our ongoing activities. With this, we aim to strengthen our effectiveness as we enter the crucial third year of our four-year Action.
Your experience and feedback are invaluable to me in shaping these tasks effectively. Please feel free to share with me your insights as we work together to enhance our processes and ensure the success of our Action’s goals.
Once again, thank you for this opportunity and for the confidence you have placed in me. I will do my best to contribute meaningfully and collaborate with such a dedicated and inspiring group of colleagues.
Warm regards,
Rui Buzaco
